1, IQC
Sav materijal je stigao u tvornicu, bez obzira PCB , led , ic ,otpor ,aluminijski profil ,kabeli, trebaju QC provjeru. sve stavke moraju ispunjavati uvjete.
2, CCT provjera
Sve je potrebno testirati temperatura boje , moramo provjeriti svjetlinu, temperaturu boje, indeks reprodukcije boja. Moramo biti sigurni da klijent kupi proizvode u boji iste kao zadnja narudžba.
3, Odvlaživanje
Svi LED-ovi trebaju odvlaživanje prije SMT.65℃*8 sati. To osigurava da LED-ovi budu suhi.
4.SMT proces
Proizvodnja LED, IC, otpora na površini PCB-a. Koristimo automatizirani stroj velike brzine. Provjerite jesu li sve komponente na pravom mjestu.
5. Reflow lemljenje
Nakon SMT procesa, LED i PCB se spajaju pastom za lemljenje. Za to je potrebno razmisliti o stroju za lemljenje reflowom i na otprilike 220-250 ℃。 Zatim se pasta za lemljenje otopi i spoji zajedno.
6 .Inspekcija

7. PCB za lemljenje

10.Vodootporan

DC24V led strip light just the led in series is different. DC12V is 3 LEDs in series. DC24V strip light is 6 LEDs in series.
