To cut your Waterproof LED rope Light it is first of all important to have a sharp pair of scissors, dull scissors can damage the PC Board.
Each waterproof rope light will have a cut mark between the two pairs of copper connection pads.
Once you have located this cut line you can then cut your LED rope Light to the desired length.
Be certain to make a clean straight cut without putting any additional stress on the PC Board, doing so can break the board making that 3 LED Section un-usable.

1, IQC
Todo o material chegou na fábrica, não importa pcb , led , ic ,resistência ,perfil de alumínio ,cabos, precisam de verificação QC . todos os itens precisam atender ao requisito.
2, verificação CCT
Todos os leds precisam testar o temperatura de cor Precisamos verificar o brilho, a temperatura da cor e o índice de reprodução de cores. Precisamos garantir que o cliente compre os produtos com a mesma cor do último pedido.
3, Desumidificação
Todos os leds precisam de desumidificação antes de SMT.65℃*8 horas. Isso garante que o led esteja seco.
4. Processo SMT
Produzindo LED, IC, resistência na superfície do PCB. Estamos usando a máquina automática de alta velocidade. Certifique-se de que todos os componentes estejam no lugar certo.
5. Soldagem por refluxo
Após o processo SMT, o led e a placa de circuito impresso juntam-se à pasta de solda. Isso precisa ser pensado na máquina de solda de refluxo e em aproximadamente 220-250 ℃。 Em seguida, a pasta de solda descongela e se liga.
6. Inspeção
Nosso departamento de controle de qualidade inspeciona 100% da luz de tira para garantir que não haja nenhum defeito no led e no led de mudança de cor.
7. PCB de solda
Nossa máquina de solda automática soldará o pcb de 0,5 m 10 peças a 5 metros. Conforme solicitação do cliente. O cabo é soldado à mão. A solda da máquina garante que a qualidade da solda do PCB esteja estabilizada.
8. Limpe a superfície do PCB
Uma vez concluída a soldagem, a tira de PCB será limpa com álcool.
9. Teste de envelhecimento
Todos os produtos led precisam de teste de iluminação por 8 horas, certifique-se de que cada led funcione em boas condições. Nesse processo, podemos saber se o led do tempo está funcionando bem? Led na temperatura de cor certa? Motorista funcionando bem? Isto é muito importante ..
10. Impermeável
IP55/65 (defende a umidade) Cola de silicone na superfície do PCB. IP65 (defende a chuva) usando tubo de silicone para impermeabilização. IP67 (pouco tempo usando debaixo d'água) usando injeção de cola de silicone dentro do tubo de silicone.
11. Fita 3M
Toda a nossa tira led será colada com 9080A fita 3M, para garantir uma instalação fácil para o cliente final.
12. Controle de qualidade final
