To cut your Waterproof LED rope Light it is first of all important to have a sharp pair of scissors, dull scissors can damage the PC Board.
Each waterproof rope light will have a cut mark between the two pairs of copper connection pads.
Once you have located this cut line you can then cut your LED rope Light to the desired length.
Be certain to make a clean straight cut without putting any additional stress on the PC Board, doing so can break the board making that 3 LED Section un-usable.

1, IQC

3, Odvlhčování
Všechny LED potřebují odvlhčení před SMT.65℃*8 hodin. Tím zajistíte, že LED bude suchá.
4.SMT proces
Výroba LED, IC, odporu na povrchu PCB. Používáme vysokorychlostní automat. Ujistěte se, že všechny součásti jsou na správném místě.
5. Přetavovací pájení
Po procesu SMT se led a PCB spojí pájecí pastou. Toto je třeba si uvědomit, přetavit pájecí stroj a při teplotě přibližně 220-250 °C. Poté pájecí pasta rozmrzne a spojí se dohromady.
6 .Inspekce
Naše oddělení kontroly kvality kontroluje 100% kontrolu páskového světla, aby se ujistil, že neexistují žádné závady LED a LED s barevným posunem.
7.Pájení DPS
Náš automatický pájecí stroj bude pájet 0,5M PCB 10ks na 5metr. Dle požadavku zákazníka. Kabel je pájen ručně. Strojní pájení zajišťuje stabilizaci kvality pájení DPS.
8. Očistěte povrch PCB
Po dokončení pájení bude proužek PCB očištěn alkoholem.
9. Test stárnutí
Všechny LED produkty potřebují test osvětlení po dobu 8 hodin, ujistěte se, že každá LED běží v dobrém stavu. V tomto procesu můžeme vědět, že počasí vedené funguje dobře? LED ve správné barevné teplotě? Ovladač funguje dobře? Tohle je velmi důležité ..
10. Vodotěsný
IP55/65 (bránit vlhkosti) Silikonové lepidlo na povrch DPS . IP65 (ochrana před deštěm) pomocí silikonové trubice pro vodotěsnost. IP67 (krátkodobé použití pod vodou). vstřikování silikonového lepidla do silikonové trubice.
